With over 25 years of diplomatic service, Alexander has represented Georgia across Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, including senior postings in Israel, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and The Netherlands, as well as leadership roles within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His career spans high-level multilateral negotiations, geopolitical strategy, and international cooperation.
